Aloha! Thank you for your article from the Barna Group. I have just finished reading "Asian American Religions, The Making and Remaking of Borders and Boundaries" edited by Tony Carnes and Fenggang Yang. It is very insightful, and may be helpful in the creation of a "Pan-Asian" congregation. Chapter 12 is about a congregation in Los Altos started by the Covenant Church denomination that has grown to about 200 folks in four years. You may want to look up their website. The name of the church is Grace Community Covenant Church, Los Altos. I look forward to speaking with you about this.
